Echo data mode
Select Echo data mode.
- IQ Data: Use amplitude of Horizontal wave only.
- Multiple Parameter: Use all information of
reflected wave such as H/V amplitude and
phase.
Rainfall intensity calculation method
Select a method of Rainfall intensity calculation.
・ Zh: Use horizontal amplitude information only.
・ Zh,Kr decay correction: Zh is calculated from the value that corrected rain attenuation by
the amplitude.
・ Zh, Ah decay correction: Zh is calculated from the value that corrected rain attenuation by
the Ah method
・ Zh, Zdr: Calculated from Zh and Zdr.
・ Zdr, Kdp+Zh: Add into Zh after calculated from Kdp and Zdr.
・ Kdp+Zh: Use complex information, amplitude, and phase.
Sweep decimation
Setup a number of decimation.
Size the transfer data. It uses the setting table when to determine a factor.
Note: Initial setting is 10. If you set the observation range to 70 km, please change this value to
14.
Pulse spec.
Setup a pulse number.

Auto Connect
Set "ON" to start TRX automatically after startup RainMap.
Schedule automatic restart
Select ON/OFF to set a schedule to restart RainMap and PC automatically.
Schedule date and time
Setup the time and date schedule to restart
RainMap and PC automatically. It will start
observation after RainMap is restarted.
Click the button of setting on
schedule date and time to
indicate
below menu screen.
