ASSEMBLY ­ STEP 3
•
Slide the axle bushing over the axle
and into the axle bearing on both
sides as shown.
•
Attach wheels to the axle and fix
with a hex bolt M5x45.
•
Place flat washer ø16 onto one end
of axle as shown and then fix the
end caps onto both wheels.
•
Insert the axle tube into the bushing
and make sure they are tight.
•
Install the pivot and bracket
assembly onto the lower handle
using a hex bolt M6x45 and a lock
nut M6.
•
Now go back and tighten all the nuts
and bolts, starting at Step 1.
•
Do not over tighten.
