2. Press RESET to change the selected digit. The scale factor must fall between the values of 0.5000 and 2.0000. The Badger Meter factory preset is set between those values at 1.0000. 3. When finished adjusting the unit of measure and scale factor, press and hold the TOTAL button for one second to advance to the Pulse Rate section. -
