to 13.0 VDC.

Primary Expansion channel fault. No link established to partner card via 914-HDE across
the optical link.
Primary Expansion channel link. Valid link established to partner card via 914-HDE
across the optical link.
Secondary Expansion channel fault. No link established to partner card via 914-HDE
across the optical link.
Secondary Expansion channel link. Valid link established to partner card via 914-HDE
