∗2 This alarm is active when the parameter for "operation prohibited during initialization" alarm [SyS-0-05] is set to
"Enabled." Note that this alarm is disabled in the FBLⅡcompatible mode.
∗3 This alarm generates only when the EXT-ERROR input is assigned.

you must cycle the power. After the power has been shut off, wait for at least 30 seconds before
cycling the power. If normal operation cannot be restored after cycling the power, the internal
circuit may be damaged. Contact the Oriental Motor branch or sales office near you.
Cause
An overheated regeneration
resistor was detected.
The lead wire for the thermostat
output from the regenerative
resistor became open during
operation.

EXT-ERROR input turned OFF.
Remedial action
The power consumption of the
regenerative resistor exceeds the
permissible level. Review the load
condition and operating conditions.
Check the connection between the
lead wire for the thermostat output
from the regenerative resistor and
CN5 on the driver.
Check the EXT-ERROR input.
