• Display the conveyor transfer speed
To display the conveyor transfer speed on OPX-2A, set the conveyor gear ratio by using the formula
below:

When the calculated conveyor gear ratio is used, the conveyor transfer speed is converted as follows:

Example: The pulley diameter is 0.1 m and gear ratio of the gear head is 20
Conveyor gear ratio =
From the conversion formula, the conveyor gear ratio is calculated as 63.7 in this example. This means
that the conveyor gear ratio parameter is 637, while the conveyor gear ratio digit specification parameter
is 1.
If the gear ratio is 63.7 and rotating speed of the motor is 1300 r/min, the conveyor transfer speed is
converted as follows:

Accordingly, "20.4" is shown on the OPX-2A.
