If you are still having trouble with your E-MSM720, Hewlett-Packard offers
support 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the use of a number of
automated electronic services. See the Software License, Warranty and
Support booklet that came with your E-MSM720 for information on how to
use these services to get technical support. The HP Web site:

Additionally, your HP-authorized network reseller can provide you with
assistance, both with services that they offer and with services offered by HP.

Before Calling Support

Before calling your networking dealer or HP Support, to make the support
process most efficient, you first should retrieve the following information:

• product identification, including mini-GBICs
• details about the E-MSM720's status including the
software (OS) version, a copy of the E-MSM720
configuration, a copy of the E-MSM720 Event Log,
and a copy of the E-MSM720 status and counters
