    7 Maintenance Maintenance General instructions The boiler does not require a lot of maintenance. Nevertheless, we recommend having the boiler inspected and serviced at regular intervals. Boiler maintenance and cleaning must be carried out at least once a year by a qualified professional. Have the flues swept at least once a year or more, depending on the regulations in force in your country.

    7 Maintenance Venting the heating system It is essential that any air in the boiler, pipes or fittings is vented to prevent noises occurring during heating or water draw-off. To do this, proceed as follows: Fig.31 1. Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system. 2.

Wait approximately 10 minutes, until the radiators feel cold. 4. Connect a drain hose to the lowest draining point.     8 Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Anti-short cycle When the boiler is in the anti-short cycle operating mode, the symbol flashes. 1. Press the "?" key. The Operation assured when the restart temperature will be reached message is displayed. Important This message is not an error message but an item of information.
