The Available Tool Buttons lists all of the function buttons that are

available within the application.
Only the entries that are checked are shown on the function toolbar.

The Move Up and Move Down buttons are used to re-arrange the order of

the function buttons.
The Accelerator field is used to specify a hotkey to associate with a

function. The Description text explains how to set a hotkey for a function.
The Image Size option allows the user to select the size of the buttons on

the toolbar (Small, Medium, Large).
