SAFETY INFORMATION 1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving the heater. Keep all combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, curtains, and all other textiles at least 3-feet from the front of the heater. -

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This heater is only to be used on a 110-120-volt, 15-amp, grounded circuit. Do not use in an outlet controlled by a switch or dimmer switch. The cord supplied with the heater has a 3-prong plug. The round pin on the plug is for grounding purposes. If a 3-prong outlet is not available, an adapter must be used, and the adapter must be properly grounded to an outlet box. -

PRE-INSTALLATION To avoid scratching the finish, assemble the product on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. Assembly of this product may require more than one person. INSTALLATION Attach top electric fireplace trim piece with the screws provided. Please refer to the detailed instructions that came with the manual that you purchased. -

REPLACING THE LIGHTBULBS The electric fireplace insert uses two (2) clear 120-volt, 40-watt, E-12 socket base lightbulbs (small base, chandelier candle-type bulbs). The lightbulbs are located at the bottom of the unit. You can change the lightbulbs from the back of the electric fireplace.
