Cleaning And Check Of The Floor Unit
■ Cleaning
Be sure to clean the strainer (incorporated in the check valve) of the floor unit after the flow test is finished.
If not cleaned, enough amount of water may not come out from the shower or troubles
may occur in temperature adjustment.
１ Prepare cloth to receive water (two or more sheets of cloth in the A4 paper size).
２ Close the stop valves on the hot water and water supplies.
CAUTION
３ Pack the cloth beneath the check valve.
４ Use a straight slot screwdriver to remove the strainer and then clean the dirt with water and a rag.

５ Drain and clean both the water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe.
CAUTION
６ Open the stop valve and check that water is not leaking.
７ Wipe off spilled water and remove the packed cloth.
Check that the stop valve is completely closed
before draining and cleaning the pipes in order to
prevent leakage.

Securely tighten the strainer.
If it is loose, water leakage may occur.

The hot water supply pipe may discharge high temperature
water when the check valve is removed.
CAUTION
Be especially careful when hot water is drained.
