Description Set the trigger command
Parameters Opcode, Param1, Param2, Param3
Parameter Opcode (unsigned eight-bit)--opcode of command to be executed
Description Param1, Param2, Param3 (unsigned eight-bits)--first, second, and third
parameter of the selected command (number of parameters ranges from 0 to
3 depending of the selected command)
