Delete Volume,
and read the Delete Volume alert box.

Click on OK to delete the volume. The volume will
disappear from the directory. unless
it
has AUTO
statv

A deleted volume
with
AUTO status vvill remain in
the directory in dimmed type. On startup, the Finder \vill
look for the
volume
and then display a
"volume
not
found" message. When the volun1c is no longer
auto-active, it is dropped from the
volume
directory.
