To set Emergency mode, from the Home screen,

[Settings].
Set whether to receive Area Mail.
Set the sounding time or the sound
volume for dedicated buzzer/ringtone,
or set whether to sound a dedicated
buzzer/ringtone even in silent mode.
Check the reception screen and the
buzzer/ringtone sound for earthquake
early warning, tsunami warning and
disaster/evacuation information
(including the emergency warning
related to weather etc.).
Set whether to display earthquake
early warning, tsunami warning in
simple Japanese.
Set whether to translate the received
content or use the link with the other
applications.
This item is not displayed when the
language is set to English.
