Problem of Starting EXPRESSBUILDER

Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER
 Did you restart the server and insert EXPRESSBUILDER during POST?
If not, an error message appears or the OS starts up. Restart the server and retry.
 Are BIOS settings correct?
Check Boot of BIOS Setup Utility, and then change the boot order of CD/DVD drive to the first.
 Is an error message displayed at text-based startup?
Take the following action according to the message displayed.
Error [Message ID:Z3001] :
Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER. Virtual Drive (VD) is incorrect.
Description: Data on motherboard is destroyed.
Action: Check if the files for recovery are uploaded in the following site. If they are uploaded, recover
the file according to the given instructions.

Failed to detect a DVD drive or a flash drive.
Description: Failed to detect a DVD drive or a flash drive.
Action: Check if hardware is properly connected.

Action: Check if DVD has stains or cracks.
