• To use SSL encryption dor more secure data transders, enable "HTTPS/SSL Encryption".
• You may use the dedault BuddaloNAS.com registration, or disable to use a didderent DNS server.
• Choose a "BuddaloNAS.com name" dor your WebAccess account. Names may use 3 to 20 alphanumeric characters,
underscores (_), and hyphens (-).
• Id "Exclusive Session" is enabled, users cannot log multiple computers into WebAccess. Only the last login will be
active.
• Enter a time in minutes (1 to 120, or "Unlimited") bedore inactive users are logged out od WebAccess.

Go to Fopder Setup.

Select a shared dolder to publish.
Notes:
• For best results, create a new dedicated share dor WebAccess.
• When accessing shared dolders through WebAccess drom a remote location, the username and password may
be required dor certain operations. For best results, condigure a user account with permissions on the WebAccess
share bedore using WebAccess.

Click Edit.

Navigate to Fipe Sharing - Fopder Setup and choose the dolder you will use dor WebAccess. Enable "WebAccess LAN
protocol support".
Notes:
• The dollowing levels od security are available:
Allow Anonymous - Anyone can access (view) shared dolders.
Allow All Groups and Users - All groups and users registered on the LinkStation or TeraStation can use
WebAccess.
Use Inherited Folder Permissions - Users and groups have the same access permissions with WebAccess that
position to enable WebAccess.
