A transmission control protocol (TCP) reset command from the
Connectrix Service Processor caused the Ethernet connection to
terminate. The connection recovers if the Connectrix Service
Processor is powered on and the Connectrix management Services
(CMS) application is running.
Verify the Connectrix Service Processor is powered on and the CMS
application is running. The application runs in the background as a
Windows NT service and starts automatically when the Connectrix
Service Processor is powered on.
Click Connectrix management Services at the Windows NT task bar.

Is the Connectrix Service Processor powered on and the CMS
application running?
YES NO

Go to step 4.

Did the switch-to-Connectrix Service Processor Ethernet connection
recover?
NO YES

The switch-to-Connectrix Service Processor connection is
restored and appears operational.
