StorEdge Connection Unit LEDs

The warning is a status screen. To view the warning description, press the LCD button.The following is a
list of system warnings:
Warning #
1-4, 6-7 Fan X Failure
5 Turn Switch Off to Configure
8 Connection Unit Low 9V Battery
StorEdge Connection Unit LEDs
There are three LEDs on the lower board of the StorEdge Connection Unit, near the DIP switches:
In normal operation, t he middle and bottom LEDs indicate auxiliary voltages (13V from DC/DC, 5V
l
and 3.3V) and should always be lit.
The top LED should be lit when the inverter DC voltage is at least 200 Vdc (check when both inverter
l
ON/OFF switch and StorEdge Connection Unit switch are ON). You can check the status screen for
the Vdc value.
If all LEDs are OFF:
l
Check that AC voltage exists in the inverter
o
Check that the communication cable between the StorEdge Connection Unit and the digital
o
board is properly connected.
If the top LED is ON, and middle and bottom LEDs are off - an internal failure has occurred. Contact
l
SolarEdge support.

Power Optimizer Troubleshooting

If the inverter status screen indicates that not all power optimizers are paired or not all are reporting (P_
OK xxx/yyy, and x<y), those optimizers can be identified through the LCD. Refer to
