Steering Check Steering Cylinder for leaks. 50h/30d
Assembly Lubricate all pivot pins.
Check Links and Hubs.
Drive Check for operation.
Motors Check for any foreign bodies.
Check for wear of brushes.
Check that commutator or springs
are undamaged.
Check bearings for operation.
Change oil in drive reduction
gearbox.(ref: sec 4.12)
Platform Check welds for cracks.
Deck and Check condition of floor.
Guardrails Check that securing bolts are
tightened.
Check drop bar on cage entrance. Daily
Slew Grease slew gear.
System Check slew motor for leaks and
mounting bolts for proper torque.
Check hardware and fittings for
proper torque.
Slew Check torque on all bolts, 15 outer 50h/30d
System/ ring and 20 inner ring.
First Post Retorque to 220 Nm (160 ft. lbs).
Elevating Inspect for structural cracks.
Assembly Check hoses for pinch or rubbing

Check pivot pin retaining rings.
Check elevating assembly for
bending.
Check component mounting for
proper torque.
Check fasteners for proper torque. 250h/6m
Lift Check cylinder rod for wear.

Grease all fittings as section 4.4.
Chassis Check hoses for pinch or rubbing
Assembly points.
Entire Unit Function check Emergency stop
switches at control boxes.
Inspect for structural cracks
Perform pre-operation inspection.
Check for and repair collision
damage.
Check for peeling, missing or
unreadable decals. Replace.
Lubricate.
Grease all fittings.
Check for corrosion - Remove and 250h/6m
repaint.
