What is a setup file?
A "setup file" contains the V-Piano's 100 user setups, 100 user tones, and system settings, all in a single file.
This setup file can be saved to internal memory or to USB memory (separately sold) connected to the USB memory connector.
About song files
SMF music files stored in USB memory can be copied to the V-Piano's internal memory.
A performance you've recorded on the V-Piano can also be saved as a song file to internal memory or to USB memory.
Audio data cannot be copied to internal memory.

Saving a setup file (Save SETUP File)

Here's how to save a setup file to internal memory or to USB memory (separately sold) connected to the USB memory connector.

In the File screen, turn the [VALUE] dial to select "Save SETUP File," and then press the [ENTER] button or the [F1
(ENTER)] button.

Choose the media to which you want to save the setup file.
In the Save SETUP File screen, press the [F1 (MEDIA)] button to select the save-destination media.
