1. Place the food in the oven.
Press the Microwave button to start
cooking.
2. Press the Up/Down button until the
appropriate power level is displayed. At
that time, press the Select button to set
the power level.
3. Set the cooking time by pressing the Up/
Down button.
4. Press the START button.

Press the +30s button one or more times for
each extra 30 seconds that you wish to add.
Press the START button.
