Bluetooth® phone call

Speed dial

The speed dial function allows direct access to
the phone book of the device, the phone book
transferred from the cell phone, the history lists,
the voice dialing function and the phone num-
bers saved under the buttons of the keys.
To use the speed dial,

To dial a number from one of the phone books or
one of the lists of the history,

enter the number as described in the section

The menu for the number entry is automatically
opened with the fi rst button pressed.

To use voice dialing,
use the rocker switch

the "VR DIAL" menu item.
Press the OK button :.

The voice recognition is activated. The display
shows "SPEAK NOW".
Say the name for the desired phone number.

Notes:
•
The duration for which the voice recogni-
tion activated depends on the connected
cell phone.
•
To cancel voice recognition and return to
the last audio source, press the
button 4.
•
If your speech input is not recognised or
the voice dialing on the cell phone is not
switched on, the display briefl y shows "
VOICE RECOGNITION LINK NOT ACTIVE".
• If no Bluetooth® connection is estab-
lished, the display briefl y shows "VOICE
DIAL FAILED – NO Bluetooth®
CONNECTION".
•
To use voice dialing, this function must be
supported by your cell phone and
activated in the cell phone.
The call is being made.
Changing the PIN (PIN NUM )
If you want to register a cell phone with the car
sound system, you must enter PIN "1234". This
PIN can also be changed:
Open the Bluetooth® menu.
