To use Document Server, make neces-
sary settings in the following dialog

[Job type:] list.

[Job Type Details] dialog box.

box. Documents can be saved
in Document Server even
without registering them.

Protecting Documents Stored in the Document Server

To prevent other people from
printing or deleting saved docu-
ments, enter a password using a
4-digit number.
