"Odometer" total mileage indicator

This function shows the total distance covered by the
vehicle.
At Key-On the system automatically enters this
function.
The odometer reading is stored permanently and
cannot be reset for any reason.
If the distance traveled exceeds 99999 mi (or 99999
km), the value "99999" will be displayed permanently.
