module, and high speed analog-digital converter module
A mode used to continue operation in a redundant system if an error occurs in the control system. The control system is
switched to the standby system to continue control operation.

A CPU module that controls connected I/O modules and intelligent function modules.
The multiple CPU system allows the user to assign this control to any CPU module on a module-by-module basis.
