1. Shut down the BD Accuri C6.
2. Unscrew the BD Accuri C6 SIP collar, remove the sample stage and install the Low-Profile BD CSampler SIP collar (Figures
1 - 3). The low-profile BD CSampler SIP collar ensures that collisions do not occur during operation of the BD CSampler.

- Page 2 BD CSampler™ Installation Guide 3. Open the lid of the BD Accuri C6 and locate the holes used to mount the BD CSampler (Figure 4). 4. Hold the BD CSampler module with both hands and locate the tab in the slot on the back of the BD Accuri C6 (Figure 5). Holes Figure 4 Figure 5 Figure 6 5. Align the front of the BD CSampler so that the holes on the module are lined up with the three threaded holes in the BD Accuri C6. Hold the module with one hand and screw in the front right mounting bolt to secure the BD CSampler to the BD Accuri C6, tightening with the tool provided (Figure 6). 6. Screw in the other two mounting bolts. WARNING Do not over tighten (Figure 7). Figure 7 Figure 8 Figure 9 7. Connect the cable to the socket at the back of the BD Accuri C6 and switch on the BD Accuri C6. The BD CSampler will auto- matically align itself and then remain in the home position (Figure 8 - 9). 8. Place the mat in position (Figure 10). WARNING Failure to keep the mat clear of plates, tubes or any other materials may result in damage to the BD CSampler. 9. Install BD CSampler software. 10. Turn on the BD Accuri C6. 11.
