Terminal Plate

The terminal plate includes the various terminal blocks (TB) for power and I/O connections.
Note: AI/AO and DI connections are disabled in the FB1100.

Power Modes

To keep power consumption to a minimum, especially for remote sites, the FB1100 can run in two
different power modes – Low Power Mode (4 or 8 MHz CPU clock speed) or Standard Power Mode
(60 MHz CPU clock speed).

Low Power Mode

The FB1100 normally runs in low power mode for typical metering applications. The radio Power
Control function (configurable in FBxConnect) switches the flow computer into standard power
