Connection established between CPU and display.
At least one interrupt is active in the CPU.
No SIMATIC memory card inserted in the CPU.
The serial number to which a know-how-protected block is
bound, does not match the serial number of the CPU or the
SIMATIC memory card.
No user program loaded.
