Probe accuracy when adjusted on the test tool:
DC to 20 kHz .......................................................... ±1 %
20 kHz to 1 MHz..................................................... ±2 %
1 MHz to 25 MHz ................................................... ±3 %
For higher frequencies the probe's roll off starts affecting
the accuracy.
