1 ABOUT YOUR PROBE

The Elcometer
PINIP™ probe enables fast and accurate
measurement of the thickness of coatings on
metal substrates at temperatures up to 250°C
(480°F).
The PINIP™ format (Plug-In Integral Probe)
is an integral style probe which plugs in to an
Elcometer 456 or Elcometer 456
gauge type F or FNF. This provides all the
benefits of an integral gauge and the
flexibility of a separate gauge in a single unit.
