OPERATING PROCEDURE
Defrost heater-2
Drip tray
(18) Detach the defrost heater-2 from the tab on the inner liner.
Slide the defrost heater-2 out towards you. Remove the
defrost heater from the heater roof. (See figure 19.)Remove
the strips of double sided tape on the drip tray, then the drip
tray. (See figure 20.)
Installation:
Attach the drip tray so that it fits into the right place of the
inner liner. (See figure 20.)
Loosen the lead wires to prevent water from entering the
glass tube. Make sure the orientation of the defrost heater-2
is correct. (See figure 19.)
Attach the defrost heater-2 to the tab. Use the respective tabs
to secure the 2 lead wires on the left and right side of inner
liner. (See photos 26, 27.)
Fix the lead wires to the inner liner with seal tape. (See photo
28.)
After connecting the connector (right) securely, stow the con-
nector in the contoured section of the inner liner. Cover the
section with seal tape. (Use the seal tape provided with the
defrost heater-2.)
Connect the defrost heater-2 connector (left), and stow the
connector in the cover of the fan grille.

Remove the defrost heater-2 from the clips on the both
ends of the heater roof.
