Change receiver parameters:
Antenna detection is a feature is used to monitor the antenna status. When it is
detected fail, GPS will report $PLCS statement once and later periodically
reported on the boundary 60 seconds with respect to UTC time.
When antenna is good, $PLCS,HW,ANT,A*25<CR><LF> is output
When antenna is no good, $PLCS,HW,ANT,V*32<CR><LF> is output

Bit[0]: 0: no limited, 1: 18000m
Report period
Bit[0..5]: n
n =0, no antenna detection
n = 1, 1 second period
n > 1, Poll period (n-1)x 60
n = 61 is the maximum number
for 1 hour period (3600 seconds)
Failure signal active direction
Bit[6]:
0 = GPIO10 Low is fail,
1 = GPIO10 high is fail
Show mode
Bit[7]:
0 = show failure sentence only
as long as error detected
1 = always show the antenna
status
