2. Classroom – Technician Training
Building on the eLearning modules, there is a 3-day Systems, and a 2-day
C5200 hardware classroom program. The Classroom courses will blend
information taught online with the hands-on and practical application in the
classroom. Each student will have an opportunity to practice disassembly
and installation of key components as well as the practical exercises for
troubleshooting many areas of the machine and accessories. This hands-
on approach will focus on giving each Technician and Systems Engineer
the ability to support the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5000 and meet the
needs of your customers.

Prerequisites

Prior to enrolling into the blended technician training program, each
student will have to successfully achieve a certification of the Applied
Technologies (or equivalent) course.
