Angle the battery cover as shown in the diagram and close the battery cover. Press the battery cover downward and slide one of the cover latches up at the same time.

The POWER button is located on the top of the front side of the device. When you power on the device for the first time, you are asked to calibrate the device.

Devices with Bluetooth capabilities can exchange information over a distance of about 10 metres without requiring a physical connection. You can even beam information to a device in a different room, as long as it is within range.
