Calendar entry fields

When you create a new calendar entry, the following
fields are displayed:
Field
Subject
Location
Start time
End time
Start date
End date
Alarm
Alarm time
Alarm date
Repeat
Repeat Until
Synchronisation
Recurring entries
You can create a recurring entry in the Calendar for
an event which happens at regular intervals, for
example, weekly.

To create a recurring entry
1. Create an entry in the normal way (see above).
Description
Enter the title of, or a description of, the event.
Where the event is taking place (this field is
optional).
What time the event starts.
What time the event finishes.
What date the event starts.
What date the event finishes.
Select
On
or Off, depending on whether you
want a reminder for the event.
At what time you want to be reminded of an
event.
On what date you want to be reminded of an
event.
Set up a recurring event, for example a
monthly staff meeting.
What date do you want the recurring entry to
finish.
Choose what should happen to an entry when
you synchronise the Calendar with your
personal computer.
2. In the
Repeat
field, press
repeat function.
3. Select how often you want to event to recur.
Choose from:
Daily
Weekly
Fortnightly
Monthly
Annually

You can also create entries which recur at
an interval of any number of days or weeks, for
example, every 3rd week on Thursday, or
weekly on Tuesday and Friday. This allows your
Calendar data to be synchronised easily with
PC-based calendar applications which include
these options.
