Multiple calls

Call Waiting
If an incoming call is received while a call is already
in progress you will remain connected to the first
call, but you will be notified that a new call is
incoming.
z Note:
This is only the case if you subscribe to a
Call Waiting network service. Check with your
service provider.

To answer a new call using Call Waiting
f to end the call in progress, then
• Press End
press Answer
call.
z
Note: If you do not press
answering the new call, the first call will be put
on hold.

To reject a Call Waiting call
• Press Reject
while keeping your current call in progress.

To switch between two calls
d to put the active call on hold, and
Select Swap
activate the call on hold.
z Tip:
You can place a call on hold at any time by
selecting Hold
regardless of whether there is another call
waiting. Press
reactivate the call.

Conference calls
Your phone allows you to engage in conference
calls, so you can talk with up to five other callers at
the same time.
z Note:
Check with your service provider to find out
whether you are subscribed.

To make a conference call
1. Make a call to the first participant, in the normal
way.
2. Press
phone number of the next participant and press
g. The first call is automatically put on

hold.
3. When the new call has been answered, press
Options
the first participant into the conference call.
4. To add more participants (maximum number is
six, including yourself), repeat steps 2 and 3,
then select

To have a private conversation during a conference
call
1. Press
Private.
2. Scroll to the participant who you want to talk
privately with, and press
z Note:
Unhold to
you conduct your private conversation, but the
other participants can still continue talking to
each other.
