by the IMEI and type number affixed to the product, to which this declaration relates, is in compliance with the
essential requirements of the Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive (R&TTE) 1999/5/
EC.
The conformity assessment procedure referred to in Article 10 and detailed in Annex IV of Directive
1999/5/EC has been followed with the involvement of BABT, Claremont House, 34 Molesey Road,
Walton-On-Thames, KT12 4RQ, England.
A copy of the original Declaration of Conformity is available for download from the Sendo website.
Class of equipment: This product is designated Class 1 equipment (R&TTED 1999/5/EC), the use of which is
harmonised throughout all EU member states. This product is designated for use on licensed
