Common Troubleshooting Procedures

Troubleshooting

Follow these procedures to resolve common issues. For more troubleshooting information,
see the user's manual for your product.
Screen is blank.
 Make sure the DC power cable is securely plugged into base unit and the power
adapter. Make sure the AC power cord is securely plugged into the power adapter
and a wall outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
Pages are not received.
 The Page Auto Answer setting is set to Manual. Check the General Account
Settings.
The firmware upgrade or configuration update isn't working.

Before using the WebUI, ensure you have the latest version of your web browser
installed. Some menus and controls in older browsers may operate differently than
described in this manual.
