Residual hazards
Residual hazards are non-obvious risks which result from the use of the
plant. Although the plant has been developed, designed and built in ac-
cordance with state-of-the-art standards and the generally accepted
technical guidelines and regulations, residual hazards cannot entirely be
excluded – not even during designated use.
