General Operation

Switching ON / OFF

• When you first connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in STANDBY mode.
• Press the Volume Control Dial on the unit or on the remote control to switch the unit
ON.
• Press the Volume Control Dial on the unit or on the remote control to switch the unit
back to STANDBY mode.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if you want to switch the unit off
completely.

Selecting Modes

Press the MODE button on the remote control to switch to DAB, FM, iPod or AUX mode.
If the unit volume is close to mute or idle for 20 minutes, it will automatically switch to
STANDBY mode.

Adjusting the Volume

• Press the VOl +/– buttons on the remote control to adjust the volume.
• Press the MUTE
show "VOl MUTE". Press the MUTE
• Alternatively, use the Volume Control Dial on the unit to turn the sound to MIN. The
display will show "VOl MIN".

Setting the Clock

There are 2 ways to set the clock:

DAB Auto

1. If, for any reason, the unit is not in default mode, DAB
AUTO, press SET on the remote control, then
select DATE/TIME.
Press ENTER, then
