5-13 CHASSIS
Measure the run out with a dial gauge.
Replace the disc if the run out exceeds the service limit.
Service Limit
Brake disc run out: 0.3 mm
09900-20606: Dial gauge (1/100 mm)
09900-20701: Magnetic stand

REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING

WHEEL BEARING .......................... Refer to page 5-8.

1) BEARING INSTALLER SET
2) LEFT WHEEL BEARING
3) SPACER

BRAKE DISC

Make sure that the brake disc is clean and free of any greasy
matter, Tighten the disc mounting bolts to the specified torque
and bend up the lock washer tongues positively to lock its bolts.
Brake disc bolt : 23 N-m (23. Kg-m)
