Before You Start
Thank you for choosing the Quantum RDX 8000. This device is as easy
to install and set up as it is to use. Don't insert any cartridges yet—
just follow these instructions in order:
• Read Important Safety Instructions
• Unpack and Install Your RDX 8000
• Connect Power and Network Cables
• Power Up and Assign IP Address
• Install RDX Utility Software
• Launch RDX 8000 Remote Management Interface (RMI)
• Configure Operating Mode
• Register Your RDX 8000
