Go to WeChat > Me > Settings > General > Manage Storage > View WeChat
Storage, select unwanted chat records, and touch Delete.
Charge your phone and try again.
Check whether the volume has been adjusted to the maximum.
When sending a voice message, make sure the microphone at the bottom of your phone
is kept at approximately 10 cm from your mouth. If the distance is too far, the volume
may be too low. If the distance is too short, the sound may be distorted.
Close other applications that are occupying network resources.
