2.1.17 Why does the SIM card holder hole/edge of the hole have
paint loss/scratches?
Your phone's battery cover is made of 6-series aluminum alloy. Although it is a hard material,
its edges can still become scratched. It is recommended that you follow the directions when
using the pin: it is essential to insert the pin vertically into the SIM card holder hole on
the side of the phone. Inserting the pin at an angle may result in scratches around the
edges of the hole.
Any scratches the user may find around the edges of the SIM card holder hole after leaving
the place of purchase are considered to be caused by the user and will not be covered by
warranty. The issue can be resolved by replacing the rear cover.

2.1.18 Why is there a white line on the front edge of my white
phone?
Your phone contains a 2.5 D glass screen. The white line is the edge of the screen. This is
normal and there is no problem with the phone. Please rest assured.

2.1.19 Which part of the phone do I use for NFC?

The NFC antenna is located on top of the rear camera. To use it, put the camera area of your
phone near a card reader or card, in the same way that you use your bus card.
