Troubleshooting for Specifying and Saving Network Settings

The entered WEP key is not 10 or 26 hexadecimal digits.
Confirm the WEP key length displayed in [WEP Key Length] on the
WEP Settings screen.
"40bit WEP Key" is displayed if a 10 digit WEP key is set, and "104bit WEP Key"
is displayed if a 26 digit WEP key is set. If there is an error in the number of
digits, set a 10 or 26 hexadecimal digit WEP key.
WEP is selected on the Security screen, but a WEP key is not set.
When using WEP as the encryption and authentication method, refer to
"WEP Settings," on p. 2-28 to set a WEP key using 10 or 26 hexadecimal digits.
If you want to use an encryption and authentication method other than WEP, set
the appropriate encryption and authentication method on the Security screen.
A WEP key is not set in the selected index.
Check whether the WEP key value is entered in the correct index.
WPA/WPA2-PSK is selected on the Security screen, but a PSK is not set.
Confirm the following:
Whether the encryption and authentication method settings are correct. (See
"Selecting the Encryption and Authentication Method," on p. 2-10.)
Whether PSK is set. (See "WPA/WPA2-PSK Settings," on p. 2-27.)
