Support and provide them with the following information:
• Host computer make and mode
• Type of operating system installed (e.g. Windows 10, macOS 10.12, etc.)
• Part number and serial number of both the LEX and REX unit
• Make and model of any USB device(s) attached to the product
• Description of the installation
• Description of the problem
