Before you get started, ensure all drivers
required for your remote USB device(s) are
installed.
Step 1:
Place the units where desired and connect the
solid core Category 5e/6/6a/7 extension link
cabling into the Link ports (RJ45) of the Local and
Remote extenders.
Step 2:
Connect the power adapter into the desired unit
– LEX or REX. Only one side is powered, do not
attempt to power both sides.
Step 3:
Connect the LEX into your computer using the
included USB 2.0 A‐B cable.
Step 4:
Attach your USB device to the REX.
