7. Glue the servo mounting brackets into place using
thick CA. Add a drop of CA to the screw mounting holes
and let cure to strengthen the plywood before mounting
the servos into place .
The main wing assembly
1. Attach the installation parts (interplane strut
mounting base, swivel ball mounting plate, wing
mounting washers) to the lower wing using Epoxy
2. Install the control surface horns to the lower wings
using Epoxy and mount the aileron servos in the servo
bays using Epoxy
3. Install the lower wing mounting nose using Epoxy
.
4. Install the strut mounting bases, the swivel ball
mounting plates and the wing mounting washers to
the top wing using Epoxy
