Use the Motion® Tablet PC model CFT-003 only after
carefully reading this document and understanding its
contents. Keep this document nearby, so you can refer to it
whenever necessary.
The following terms used in this document refer to the
Motion Tablet PC model CFT-003:
• Motion C5v Tablet PC (also called "C5v Tablet PC, " "C5v, "
and "Motion C5v Mobile Clinical Assistant")
• Motion F5v Tablet PC (also called "F5v Tablet PC" or
"F5v")
• Tablet PC
The primary differences between the C5v and the F5v
Tablet PCs are:

CFT-003. Refer to "Specifications" on page 3 for information
about the type of power supply used with your Tablet PC.
Motion Tablet PCs and accessories are designed to
optimize safety, minimize strain, and withstand the rigors
of portability. However, to further reduce the risk of
personal injury or damage to the unit, certain precautions
should be observed.
Note: The Motion Tablet PC model CFT-003 is a Class 2
product.
