2.1 Installing NV1000/3000/5000 Application Software Once you have successfully completed installing Video Capture Cards, please follow the steps to install the DVR software first. After you completed the software installation, please install the driver. Please disable hyper threading from your system BIOS before proceeding to install the software and driver for the NV product line.

Click Start and then go to settings to open Control Panel. Double click Add/Remove Program icon. Depending on your DVR version, select NV5000 or NV 7000. Click Add/Remove button to uninstall the program. The operation system will request to reboot to initiate a new setting.

Selected Files: Blue blocks mean that there are video recording data during the period of time. Select the desired blue blocks to backup the recording. The selected files will turn red. The DVR system will calculate the number of backup files automatically and calculate the required space.
